Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 as a private limited company on 23 November 2009 under the name CRG Incorporated Sdn Bhd. On 13 August 2018, our Company was converted into a public limited company and assumed our present name. Listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 November 2018. Subsequently renamed as Carlo Rino Group Berhad on 23 December 2022.
