Company Profile

In 2003, Tom Gordon and Greg Smart founded a fast-casual restaurant in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with the aim of showcasing Southern hospitality and high-quality cuisine. They found a lack of high-quality, made-to-order, hand-baked fried chicken strips in the market, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our mission has been simple from the beginning: to make the best handmade fried chicken strips with the freshest ingredients and serve our customers in a relaxing, home-like environment. We use only the finest chicken strips as our base. Since our inception, 100% all-natural, premium chicken strips have been the cornerstone of our entire menu. Our time-tested recipe has become a household name, marinated in Southern-style buttermilk, fried to order, and lightly coated with flour. "Fresh, delicious, chicken"
