Company Profile

From the inception of Rainbow Plus Sdn Bhd and its group of companies, we have provided close to 500 homes in the state of Kedah over more than 30 years. Recognising the growing demand for different levels of residential housing, we devised a portfolio catered to the needs of our diverse customers. Beyond simply building homes, we aim to raise buyers' awareness and expectations for housing quality. We focus on boutique-scale projects in growing and established townships, offering practical homes tailored to the needs and budgets of local families. By staying close to the market and away from over-developed areas, we ensure every home delivers genuine value and the ease of ownership. Seeing the proud smiles on homeowners' faces is the most rewarding part of our journey.
