Your Role

As a Customer Service you’ll play a key role in supporting both students and parents throughout their learning journey. This role combines educational guidance, progress tracking, and administrative coordination to ensure the best outcomes for our learners.

Key Responsibilities
Parent Communication
Act as the main point of contact for parents—provide timely updates on student progress, address inquiries, and clearly communicate our teaching methods and learning plans.

Student Support
Support students with academic questions, guide them through personalized learning paths, and offer additional help to ensure a smooth and fulfilling learning experience.

Progress Tracking & Feedback
Monitor student performance, provide regular feedback, and encourage continued engagement. Recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

Team Collaboration & Retention
Work closely with internal teams to ensure student engagement and attendance. Contribute to reducing refund rates and support class renewals and referrals through quality service and communication.

Qualifications:

Diploma or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, TESOL, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, Child Development, or related field with applicable teaching certifications.

Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, with proficiency in English for effective communication.
