Tasks & responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, concerns, or issues promptly.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.



Qualifications & experience

Training program provided, welcome fresh graduates to apply.

Minimum SPM qualification required; candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, Child Psychology, or a related field are preferred.

Being proficient in Mandarin and English is required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
