Executive Marketing, Klang Branch

Assist the Branch Head Klang Branch in marketing activities and achieving annual production targets. Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery to agents/customers.

Drive organic and non-motor business growth from existing agents and recruit new target agents in line with the Business Plan.

The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Conduct product briefing as and when needed

Maintain and review renewals of all existing policies with all channel timely

Advise and support agents/customers on their insurance needs and requirements.

Conduct regular meetings with agents to address challenges and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare insurance quotations and carry out necessary surveys.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding premiums in line with Finance SOP.

Monitor and ensure policies are processed and delivered within agreed turnaround times (TAT).



Job Specification:

Diploma / Degree in any relevant studies field

(AMII / ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications is an added advantage)

Min 1 year working experiences in the related field is required for this position with sound technical knowledge in all classes of insurance.

Fresh graduate with internship experience in general insurance / agency office may apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
