Job Description:

Responsible for addressing and resolving customer issues, as well as upselling through chat, within an expanding customer base.
Understand and connect with diverse customer needs and situations.
Provide effective solutions and consultations to customers in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, client processes, technology, utilities, and products.
Use client-specific tools and applications for customer management and support.
Perform data entry, documentation, and case management tasks.
Collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
Meet and maintain required performance metrics and goals.


Requirement:

Strong English communication (B2)skills are required.
