Job Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience for both B2B sellers and B2C buyers on the platform.

Feedback Management: Collect and analyze feedback from sellers and buyers to identify areas for platform and feature improvements.

User Growth Initiatives: Drive user acquisition and engagement through targeted marketing activities, including email campaigns, push notifications, and other promotional strategies.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor platforms, stay updated on industry trends, and identify innovative opportunities for improvement.

Campaign Performance Optimization: Track and evaluate promotional campaign performance, using data insights to refine and optimize strategies for better results.

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to identify product issues, optimize key metrics, and continuously enhance product performance.

User Lifecycle Management: Implement operational strategies to increase customer lifetime value through refined processes and expanded product usage.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.

2–5 years of experience in product operations or related roles.

Ability to independently manage product operations with a deep understanding of workflow processes.

Familiarity with ASO, SEO, SEM, and other digital promotion methods.

Proven track record in driving user growth and operational excellence.
