Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career as FCC Operator- Setia City Mall. If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you. Duties include but not limited to:

Actively enforce and implement Setia City Mall's comprehensive security policies, including the Injury and Incident Free (IIF) program and sustainability initiatives.

Continuously monitor and operate all fire control systems and associated monitoring equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and immediate detection of potential issues.

Serve as the central point of contact for all incidents reported or detected within the mall.

Efficiently manage and coordinate incident responses, ensuring prompt action is taken and appropriate personnel, including emergency services and building management, are immediately alerted.

Aid local authorities during investigations as required.

Act as the primary liaison between on-site security personnel, emergency services, tenants, and building management.

Prioritize effective communication, aiming for high Communication Satisfaction Rates and Communication Accuracy Rates to ensure clear and timely information dissemination.

Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and incidents.

Plan and conduct regular training sessions and drills for outsourced security guards, focusing on fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and the effective use of fire control systems.

Requirement

1-2 years of experience working in Fire Control Centre room.

Knowledge in operating FCC room system and equipment

Candidates with Auxiliary Police experience are welcomed to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Able to work rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays.
