Job Scope:
Perform scheduled servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs for air conditioning systems across all hospitality units.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to split, cassette, and centralized air conditioning systems.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.

Oversee installation and commissioning of new air conditioning units as required.

Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, and parts inventory.

Supervise and provide guidance to junior technicians or contractors during servicing operations.

Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal disruption to guest comfort.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and company policies.

Report recurring problems or major issues to the Quality Control Manager for further action.

Support general facility maintenance as needed.

Key Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in air conditioning servicing and maintenance, preferably in hospitality or property management.

Strong technical knowledge of various air conditioning systems and components.

Good troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours and attend to urgent service requests.
