Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and deliver product training and sales skills workshops for dealer sales personnel nationwide.

Real-time update and localize training modules based on new product launches, market trends, and dealer feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure training content reflects brand strategy and current campaigns.

Conduct regular training needs analysis to tailor learning content to different dealership profiles.

Support new vehicle launches with pre-launch training kits, test drive briefings, and sales talk guides.

Monitor and supervise Sales Satisfaction Index, and work with relevant departments to improve customer experience through training.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the automotive industry or a principal/OEM environment.

Strong public speaking skills and experience in developing training modules.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Willingness to travel within Malaysia to support dealer training nationwide.
