Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Kuchai Lama, KL
Level: Entry to Intermediate
Industry: Electric Vehicle (EV)

As an Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and electrifying experiences for our EV customers.

Job Responsibilities:
✔ Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
✔ Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails professionally
✔ Perform data entry, document updates, and filing
✔ Assist with weekly/monthly reports and data analysis
✔ Support ad-hoc tasks and operational needs

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in any field
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Call center experience is an added advantage
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interest in automotive/EV industry is a bonus
Willing to work in Kuchai Lama & weekends if needed
