We’re Hiring: Call Center Agents in Kuala Lumpur!

Location: Jalan Raja Laut & Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (easily accessible via public transport)
Operation Hours: Rotational shift (8 AM - 11 PM) | 5-day workweek
Salary: RM2,600 - RM3,000 + Shift Allowance (RM260)
Contract: 6 months (renewable/permanent based on performance)

Requirements

Possible work on shift/ PH/weekend (on rotational)
Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any fields; (SPM: Math & English credits)
Written and Spoken: English
Responsibility

To handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
