Job Description

Requirements

Work experience is preferred, accept fresh graduate interns;
Fluent in Chinese and English, good communication skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, teamwork awareness;
Proficient in the use of computer and mobile phones;
Strong Skills in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily administrative document work of the office;
Responsible for the entry and exit procedures, including employee entry and exit procedures and the distribution and collection/recycling of office stationery, badges, and seat badges;
Responsible for the management of sending and receiving documents, including sending and receiving documents, faxes, newspapers and periodicals, and registration;
Responsible for assisting air ticket and hotel booking, expense settlement, employee attendance, employee salary settlement, etc.;
Responsible for meeting room management, including booking and daily maintenance of meeting rooms, interview rooms and training rooms;
Responsible for assisting the company in various meetings;
Responsible for purchasing the items needed by the office;
Responsible for the company's daily journal records;
Other front desk related work.


Benefits

Non-responsible basic salary4K + meal supplement500 + transportation expenses 300+ after regularization Full attendance bonus 200, comprehensive salary5k or above;
Full Time Job, five days a week,from 9a.m to 6p.m;
Provide Annual Bonus;
Provide Company Trip;
Provide EPF & SOCSO.
