Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

5. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity

6. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

1. Review and approve daily operational expenses in accordance with company policies.

2. Prepare online banking payments and monitor daily bank balances to ensure sufficient cash flow.

3. Manage invoicing procedures, including the organization and filing of original receipts and supporting documents.

4. Coordinate with external financial agents by providing required documents, data, and information to support timely bookkeeping and tax filing.

5. Maintain accurate records of import transactions, including relevant data and documentation.

6. Support the finance team with additional assignments or special projects as needed.
