About the role

LAKSAMANA USAHA NOODLE PRODUCTS SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Sales Executive (Manufacture) to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the Kepong Kuala Lumpur area. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Maintaining and cultivating existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner
Participating in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall sales goals
Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Accurately reporting on sales activities, performance, and pipeline to the management team
What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
