Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in data analysis and generate purchasing reports

Track order progress and ensure deadlines are met

Update and maintain purchasing records and systems

Report work status and issues to the manager in a timely manner

Support overall purchasing operations and documentation

Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Candidates with a Diploma/Bachelor in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management will have an advantage.

Fresh Graduate are welcome.

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in the food industry is a plus

Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
