Job Responsibility

Perform financial month end closing and ensure compliance with accounting standard MFRS.

Monitor data synchronization form source system to SAP accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Review and approve credit note / debit note and billing adjustment requests.

Assist in the review of trade receivables recoverability based on company policies and provide adequate provision for possible losses.

Liaise with internal and external auditor (both local and oversea HQ) for periodic review and audit.

Liaise with external tax agent for tax related matters, such as preparation of tax computation, tax analysis.

Continuous process and system improvement to rectify exceptions and closes all gaps identified.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting or related field

Minimum of 1-year experience in related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Intermediate Microsoft Office

Knowledge of accounting and tax

Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage

Comfortable to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Detail oriented with analytical skill
