Job Overview:
Answer calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.

Strive to achieve key performance indicators.

We are looking for a team member with:
Fresh graduates are welcomed! Professional training will be provided.

Possesses strong sense of responsibility and customer-oriented.

Strong command of spoken and written English is MUST.

Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekends (5 working days/week).

Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage – to support Mandarin speaking customers.
