Brand Marketing

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and product launches

Manage sales and A&P budgets, and support inventory planning through forecasts and reports

Coordinate with principals, agencies, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution

Ensure effective in-store displays, POSM creation, and support to Beauty Advisors

Analyze market data and campaign results to identify growth opportunities and improve performance

KOL Marketing:

Identify, engage, and build relationships with KOLs/influencers across platforms

Manage and build strong relationships with influencers, including sourcing, outreach, and coordination for brand campaigns

Oversee influencer content and ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with campaign goals

Track and analyze influencer campaign performance to support strategic improvements

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Degree or Diploma in Business Studies or related discipline

Degree fresh graduates are welcomed.

Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, quick to learn, flexible and innovative.
