About the role

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a leading courier service company, is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging social media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Create and curate compelling, on-brand content to engage our target audience and increase social media following

Monitor and analyse social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives

Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's online presence remains competitive

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry

Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics

Proficient in using social media management tools

A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Bonus Points If You:


Have KOL/influencer resources or collaboration experience
Confident on camera for video shoots/live streams or have basic voiceover skills
Possess basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma)
Understand China-Malaysia cross-border e-commerce trends and Xiaohongshu content mechanics
