This person must be responsible to oversee and manage the collection from borrowers via salary deduction. This also includes collection of principal and interest (together with any fees) from delinquent borrowers.

Your responsibilities will be:

1. Ensuring monthly collections from ANGKASA and/or Business Partner are punctually update in the system.

2. Review collection report and identify overdue accounts.

3. Develop strategies and take action to recover overdue amounts from borrowers’ accounts.

4. Work closely with Debt Collection Agencies and/or Legal Firm(s) to collect outstanding amount from defaulted accounts.

5. Evaluate performance of Debt Collection Agencies

6. Attend to borrowers’ enquiry with regards to their account balance and activity.

7. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the superior or the Management from time to time.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

Minimum 5 years in Personal Financing Business (Especially Collection and Recovery)
