Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end pension transaction processes including registration, contributions, payments, claims, and terminations.

Manage daily operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery in line with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

Perform data and document checks to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies in transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth operations and project completion.

Respond to inquiries and maintain good relationships with relevant authorities.

Assist with special projects, system testing, and other tasks as required.
