Job Description

Assist in managing and coordinating commercial interior renovation projects from initial site setup to final handover.

Supervise daily site operations to ensure work progress, quality, and safety meet company standards.

Serve as a liaison among subcontractors, suppliers, management, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

Support quantity surveying tasks, including site measurements, material take-offs, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ).

Track material usage and help monitor project costs.

Prepare daily and weekly site reports, coordinate inspections, and maintain project documentation.

Attend site meetings and follow up on client requirements and assigned action items.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training and mentoring will be provided.

Ability to read and interpret construction and interior drawings.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach to work, both on-site and in the office.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or measurement software is an added advantage.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites across Klang Valley.

Flexible to work overtime or weekends when needed to meet project deadlines.
