Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Science.
Fresh Grad welcome
Demonstrates initiative with minimal supervision; self-motivated and results-driven.
Knowledge of various sales techniques and ability to engage effectively in procurement processes.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage.
Computer literate.
Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel, including outstation assignments.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Cover and manage accounts within the Klang Valley and Selangor region.
Promote assigned medical/pharmaceutical products scientifically and effectively to healthcare professionals.
Plan weekly sales and business development activities, including customer visits and product presentations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories in alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Build strong customer relationships and expand the existing client base.
Maintain updated and accurate sales reports; participate in periodic sales reviews and target discussions.
Provide input to management for sales strategy formulation and demand forecasting.
Report any adverse product reactions or complaints in compliance with company SOPs.
Personally deliver products for smaller orders when required.
Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the company.
