Global Head of HR

Regions Covered: Asia & Middle East



About the role:
To work closely with the founding team to lead the buildout and alignment of the organization's global HR systems.



Key Responsibilities:-

Build and unify HR standards and practices across 9 countries
Drive implementation and optimization of HRIS / HCM systems
Partner with local GMs on hiring, workforce planning, and org design
Articulate company values and embed culture into daily operations
Build training, development, and performance management systems
Requirements

Possess min 10+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 5 years & above in a senior regional / global role covering especially in Asia
Strong hands on exprience in building & operating across diverse HR teams and business partnering with internal stakeholders across systems, recruitment, development, performance, and culture
Analytical and strategic leader, able to create impact-oriented goals focused on outcomes
Possess collaborative leadership style, strong and effective interpersonal communication skills
