Responsibilities

Job Scope:



Staff Portal Project Data Migration Activities:
(a) Reviewing documents and pages in Staff Portal library

(b) Following up with Content Contributors on actions to be taken for pages and documents with zero or low access
(c) Taking actions on contents that are no longer required
(d) Checking of migrated contents to new platform to ensure all contents are ported and the look and feel is as expected
(e) Assisting in the UAT of Staff Portal set up on the new platform (SharePoint Online)
(d) Any other duties related to Staff Portal project


RMS Rollout for INDT Cabinet
(a) Revalidating the INDT Cabinet File Plan
(b) Working on tasks needed for RMS rollout for INDT cabinet, e.g. mapping the Url links in StaffDocs to the RMS rollout spreadsheet provided by AQR



Contract Period:

1 July 2025 to 28 February 2026



Requirements:

Diploma & above with no experience

Able to begin on short notice
