JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing, arranging changes in worker schedules, tracking of worker movement, sorting and checking of documents, generating reports and etc.

To support in preparing Human Resource related documentations, data entry and filing.

Arrange meeting arrangements, training and team-building exercises alongside taking minutes for meetings.

Handles all incoming and outgoing mails and assist in data entry.

To perform ad hoc assignments as and when required by the Management.

Requirements:

Possess at least SPM/Diploma, or equivalent.

At least 1 - 3 years of experience will be an added advantage. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to work with minimum supervision, flexible with working time/day and possess good working attitude

Good written & verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
