Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
Maintain professional communication and service quality
Record call details and follow up when necessary
Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
