Responsibilities

Education qualification: Degree
Min. 3 years of experience in Interior Design.
Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max or Sketchup, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Good skill in drafting construction drawings, technical design detailing
Proficiency in space planning, design, material specification, and technical details
Skills at writing and communicating with clients professionally
Highly creative individual with an ability to think out of the box and a strong design sense.- A positive attitude, and responsible, can work well within teams, and multitask
Establish conceptual design direction to meet clients' vision and requirements
Brainstorm with the team for concept design and translate IT into technical detail drawings
Space planning, design, presentation skills, material specification, and technical detail
Produce a full set of technical drawings and design material specification
Assist in managing project plans and scheduling, lead project team to achieve project goals
Manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
Arrange and participate in meetings with relevant parties to resolve all design matters
Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities
Regular working hours (Monday to Friday) 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
