Requirements

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Strong Written and Verbal Skills in English, clear and professional communication.

Must have good communication skills and be well-versed in Mandarin for served market.

Sales Proficiency, demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and meet targets.

Proven experience in tele-sales is an added advantage.

A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Able to work on Malaysia public holidays and observe Singapore operating hours.

Responsibility

Close sales and exceed targets through persuasive communication.

Cultivate and nurture long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely post-sale support.

Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Maintain accurate system records (CRM) of sales and customer interactions.

Gather client feedback for product development.

Remunerations package:

Basic: RM2,400-RM2,700

Language allowance: RM300

Attendance allowance: RM100

Commission: Non-capped commission scheme!!!

Annual leave 16 days per annum after confirmation*

Annual salary increment & performance bonus*

Medical & hospitalization covered

EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered

Working hour:

10:00AM - 7:00PM / 9:00AM – 6:00PM (subject to change based on operational requirements)

Monday – Friday
