About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Talent Trader Group as a Senior Manager in our Recruitment Agency. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our recruitment business, specialising in the human resources and recruitment industry. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

Lead and manage a team of experienced recruitment consultants, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive their performance and professional development

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and place highly skilled candidates for our clients across a range of sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their unique hiring needs and preferences

Actively source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, networking and headhunting

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and match them to the right opportunities

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the recruitment process, market trends and best practices

Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the recruitment agency through effective business development activities

Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge, identify opportunities and continuously improve our service delivery

What we're looking for

8+ years of hands-on experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within a recruitment agency environment

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a high-performing team of recruitment consultants

In-depth understanding of the human resources and recruitment industry, including current trends, best practices and compliance requirements

Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients and candidates

Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the agency

Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
