Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and interpret data to inform business strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and tasks efficiently, adhering to deadlines and achieving desired outcomes.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the development and execution of business strategies within the beauty, fitness, and fashion sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the beauty, fitness, and fashion sectors, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to enhance ZN Capital's market position and achieve company objectives.
Analyze sales data, marketing campaign performance, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Support project management activities, including planning, coordination, and tracking of digital marketing initiatives for health/beauty products and fashion brands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings, data analysis, and project updates for senior management.
Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Support the team in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
