Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Malaysian only and able to speak English / Bahasa Malaysia or others dialects
Administrative or operational support roles working experience is added advantage
Able to perform Microsoft Office, SQL software or any accounting software is added advantage
Good manner, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Skills Required: Operating systems knowledge
Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
To prepare customer Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and related documents
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information when required.
Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Performing stock packing of goods when necessary
Responsible for managing warehouse-related documents, including inbound and outbound records, inventory records.
Perform urgent assignments when required by superior
