We are a job portal company that's changing how people find work in Malaysia. We run three platforms - Maukerja, Ricebowl (for job seekers), and Ajobthing (for employers). We're growing fast, and I need someone who can keep up.

Not just managed dev team but make sure they align and deliver the objective.
Can adapt when plans go sideways.
Understand both side of our business; job seekers need jobs, employers need talent.
Understand data and user.
Can work full time in office.
Responsibilities

Ship out useful fixes or features every week. Yes, our sprint is weekly.
Can communicate clearly with the users (internal, jobseekers or employers).
Can make tough decision when resources are limited and build with what you have.
Manage the dev team & give them clear direction.
Sit in strategy meetings and learning sessions.
