Requirements

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin etc.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent organizational skills.
Team player and can work independently
Good negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
Able to source, compare and evaluate suppliers and pricing
Responsibilities

Overall responsible for purchasing requisitions, quotation inquiries, issuance of the purchase orders and invoicing.
Evaluate the quotation provided by the supplier.
Plan, prepare and process purchase orders according to order requirements and to avoid supply interruption.
Coordinate, monitor and follow up with suppliers on-time delivery.
Coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the plan target and schedule.
Manage, monitor and maintain stock inventory levels, and work with the material planning team to ensure sufficient stock inventory level.
Source for a new supplier when necessary or requested.
Practice a proper filing system and ensure documents are in a good record.
Matching invoice with DO & PO for certain cases.
Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.
