JOBSCOPE

Establish and maintain a structured document control system for the project.

Manage incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper classification and filing.

Implement version control procedures to track document revisions and updates.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely document submissions and approvals.

Support the project team in retrieving and distributing documents as needed.

Ensure compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain registers for drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.

Assist in preparing documentation for audits, reviews, and project closeout.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in EPCC or infrastructure projects.

Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with ISO standards and project documentation workflows.
