Project Administration: Maintain project documentation, track deliverables, and manage correspondence between stakeholders

Schedule Coordination: Assist in updating project timelines, organizing meetings, and following up on action items.

Reporting Support: Compile progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, and client teams; manage meeting logistics and minutes.

Procurement & Logistics Tracking: Support procurement documentation, delivery schedules, and vendor coordination.

Risk & Issue Logging: Maintain registers for risks, issues, and changes; escalate critical items to the Project Director.

Compliance Monitoring: Assist in tracking regulatory submissions, permits, and environmental documentation.

Document Control: Ensure version control and proper filing of technical and contractual documents.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in infrastructure or energy sectors.

Familiarity with EPCC project workflows and documentation.

Proficient in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint).
