JOBSCOPE

1. To undertake routine operational accounting activities (through SAP/IFCA system or manually) e.g. data processing for revenue billing, project costing, payable and receivables general ledgers, fixed asset accounting, accruals etc., in accordance with company’s accounting instructions, policies and practices.

2. To assist Manager in month-end account closing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly financial reports.

3. To undertake various account reconciliation activities and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.

4. To prepare financial statements (statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, cash flows statement), in accordance with company’s accounting instruction, policies and practices.

5. To assist Manager in planning and coordinating statutory or other compliance audit activities.

6. To perform other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accountancy/Finance or partial Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA,etc.).

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in finance/accounting preferably in Property Development industry

Well-versed with Microsoft Office and hand on experience in using computerized accounting software (SAP, IFCA and MHW)
