Requirements

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or higher.
Computer literate. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms effectively.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and has own transport.
Physically fit and healthy and able to work long or irregular hours.
No criminal / Police record and must pass a criminal background check.
Possess a Certified Security Guard (CSG) certificate is an added advantage.


Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Helping the Security Operations Manager to supervise a team of security guards across multiple sites.
Prepare duty rosters and manage guard deployments based on client contracts.
Conduct regular site inspections, and surprise checks.
Meet & communicate with clients to solve security guarding-related matters.
Ensure all guards adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
To respond to emergencies (for eg. alarm trigger events) and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy.
To carry out ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Security Operations Manager or the Management, such as security services for event functions & etc.
