Job Responsibilities:-

Test and approve new product SKU.

Working with marketing principal and factory to monitor and maintain product quality.

Analyse after sales support data and getting market feedback for product improvement recommendation.

Ensure new products are compliant to specification and safety standards.

Implement program that improve product after sales support operations.

Product failure analysis and claims.

Procure and set up test equipment to meet product test requirements.

Support customer service and technician.

To keep and manage product information database in each product life cycle for reference.

To carry out any other duties as directed by the Service Manager/General Manager.

Job Requirements:-

Degree or Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering/ Bachelor's of Science, material science, quality management.

3-5 years experience in product quality control/assurance, failure analysis, design, technical support/ product evaluation.

Have knowledge in Computer systems, Quality Control, Report, Analysis, home appliances & kitchen appliances.
