Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales of water heater and fan product lines within the assigned area.

Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and project contractors.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, trade shows, and industry networks.

Execute promotional campaigns and support marketing activities to increase product visibility.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive strategies.

Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and stock planning.

Conduct product training and support for retail staff and dealers.

Collaborate with after-sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

Provide timely market feedback and improvement suggestions to the product and marketing teams.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the home appliances or electrical industry.

Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Proven track record in managing territory sales, especially for water heaters and fans.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong business acumen and ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
