RESPONSIBILITIES:

Liaise with local & regional customers via call, email or face to face.

Provide service and support to all customers' inquiries and complaints.

Processing and handling customer order.

Administration and reports generation.

Assist team lead or supervisor on all related matters.

Any other tasks or projects as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin speaking and any other local dialect will be added advantages.

Excellent communication skill is required.

3 years relevant working experience are required, especially in MLM industry.

Candidate must be willing to work at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
