Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Regional Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, on-site service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training across the assigned region. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for the Company’s Products/Equipment.

Diagnose complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize customer downtime.

Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key regional customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term service partnerships.

Conduct technical training for customers and internal teams on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety.

Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, feedback on product performance, and recommendations for improvements.

Support the sales team with technical advice during pre-sales, demonstrations, and trade shows as needed.

Ensure all service activities comply with company quality standards and safety regulations.

Coordinate with the global technical support team for escalations and knowledge sharing.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper documentation of service cases.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant service experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical equipment.

Strong hands-on experience in electrical systems, electronics, troubleshooting, and repair.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work independently in a regional role.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with PLC, automation systems, or advanced electronic controls.

Fluency in English is a must.
