Summary:

Responsible for managing procurement, supporting cross-functional operations, and leading project coordination across departments. This role ensures timely sourcing, cost control, and efficient project execution aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance (cost, quality, lead time).

Work with NPD and QA teams to validate new product components or packaging.

Operations & Project Management

Support end-to-end project coordination across NPD, supply chain, QC, and RA.

Track project milestones, timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Lead or support operations improvement initiatives and SOP development.

Cost & Efficiency Management

Support cost-saving initiatives and process efficiency improvements.

Analyze procurement and operations data to optimize performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with internal departments (QA, RA, NPD, Marketing) to align project objectives.

Coordinate with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and factory partners on supply needs.

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

2–5 years’ experience in procurement/operations, preferably in FMCG or beauty industry.

Proficient in Excel, project tracking tools, and ERP systems.

Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin (for supplier communication).

Positive and open attitude, collaborative and self-motivated personality
