Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Executive role.

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement HR and administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.

Process payroll and manage employee benefits enrollment.

Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters, salary adjustment, promotion, resignation acceptances, contract renewals, transfers, secondments, and terminations.

Coordinate interview arrangements and recruitment activities.

Coordinate yearly performance appraisal

Facilitate the onboarding process, including conducting orientations, company introductions, and pre-employment medical check-ups.

Ensure IT and system access setup for employees.

Provide guidance on company policies, code of conduct, and compliance requirements.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
