What You'll Do:

Prepare balance sheet schedules and perform account receivable and account payables reconciliations.

Liaise with external stakeholders, such as auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and government authorities on related job matter.

Support preparation of monthly cash flow and its forecast.

Perform and monitor payment of utilities payments, statutory payments and etc.

Assist the annual financial audit process, annual income tax return, tax estimation and etc.

Process the treasury matters, i.e. petty cash & etc.

Compile monthly staff claim and submit total monthly claims for payments.

Perform full spectrum of accounting for subsidiary companies.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

Experience in handling full set account.

Experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage.
