We are looking for a self-motivated Librarian cum Alumni Officer to join YPC in Pandan Perdana, KL.

Requirements:

At least one year of working experience in the related field.

Preferably have related working experience in an academic institution.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).

Strong IT skills and familiarity with the use of library databases.

As a librarian, you are required to:

Update and facilitate the development of library resources.

Perform a range of duties such as cataloging library resources, maintaining library records, managing budgets and planning book sales as well as handling alumni matters.

Carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the HOD.

As an admin, you are required to:

Assist in both academic and administrative matters to enhance the efficiency of operations.

Update and facilitate the development of academic resources.

Assist with the preparation of various documents for audit (MQA, My Quest) as well as reports to management.

Ensure students record and documentation are accurate.

Assist Examination Unit to ensure implementation of exam throughout the year.
