Job Responsibilities
Craft and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and exceed targets with key retail partners.
Lead regular business reviews, sharing insights and performance updates with both internal teams and retail customers.
Champion impactful promotions and ensure marketing campaigns and in-store activations bring the Garmin experience to life.
Negotiate pricing, promotional deals, and trading terms that deliver win-win results.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to drive seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and operations.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitors move, and consumer insights — and turn them into business opportunities.
Experience & Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in business planning, trade spend management, and promotional execution. Ideally from the Consumer Electronics or Watch industry.
A proven performer in sales or key account management and skilled negotiator who knows how to create value for both the company and its customers.
A relationship builder with a passion for growing partnerships and making an impact.
Data-driven, with a strategic mindset and sharp analytical skills.
Well-versed in key business functions such as marketing, category management, and distribution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with BI tools for data insights.
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
A collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude and a hunger for results.
