JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to support the daily financial and accounting operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations and providing general administrative support to the finance team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry and ledger postings.

Process and record account payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare and issue invoices, receipts and payments.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.

Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

Assist with the preparation of financial records and statements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

1+ year experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skilss.
